Renting the House

The Wexler Steel House (2 bed/2 bath, sleeps 4) is available to rent all year round for short or long term occupational use, photoshoots or filming. Please use the form and calender to request a time slot for rental. Dates shown in gray mean the house is unavailable for rental, pink are pre-booked awaiting confirmation.

Pricing
October 1st - May 31st:
$275 per night, $1375 per week, $4125 per month.

June 1st - September 30th:
$245 per night, $1125 per week, $3375 per month.

All bookings are subject to a $500 refundable deposit (deposits are not refunded if bookings cancelled less than 14 days from start date of booking). A departure cleaning fee of $125 applies to all bookings.

House Amenities
Air conditioning, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, cable TV, Wi-Fi internet, iPod player, fully equipped kitchen, 1 x cal king bed, 1 x queen bed, linens provided, mountain view, pool and spa, outdoor dining, covered parking for two cars.
